RETURNS
You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the masqueradelondon.com website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Please note that we offer an extended return window up to January 15th for eligible orders placed during December. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging and plastic wrap (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The bottom portion of the original invoice must be provided with any return where applicable.
Sale merchandise is final sale. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Please contact our customer service team via email at support@masqueradelondon.com, to request a return – your parcels must be returned using a recorded delivery service, which will be explained by the customer service representative.
YOU MUST CHECK THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS CORRECT ON DELIVERY. IF THERE ARE ANY DISCREPANCIES IN YOUR ORDER, FOR EXAMPLE DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS, WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU SHOULD NOTE THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM BY HAND, IF POSSIBLE, ON THE DELIVERY NOTICE, AND SIGN. YOU MUST CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT NO LATER THAN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE DELIVERY. PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING INCLUDING SHIPPING BOX FOR PHOTOS AND PROOF FOR CLAIM.
