Refund Policy


We ship our products within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are also unable to deliver Masquerade London products outside of these territories and to a P.O. Box.


Standard delivery within the UK is priced as per product being ordered. (FREE for orders over £100). Please allow 3-7 working days to receive your order, from the date your order is shipped.

Next Day Delivery – £6.95. Monday-Thursday for orders placed before 1pm (restrictions may apply) –  UK mainland only.


You will receive an email and/or a text message when your order is shipped (please ensure you provide correct contact details at checkout). For further tracking details, please contact us.


Standard Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery so long as it is unopened and in its original condition.

To return a product, please contact us quoting your order number, to request a prepaid returns label. Returns will only be accepted via this procedure as we cannot guarantee the safety of the bottles with anyone other than our approved couriers.

We will then issue a refund or offer an exchange once the product has been received if it meets our conditions for resale.

We cannot accept returns of an item which have had the tamper seal broken, been used, altered or damaged.

We can only assist in refunds and exchanges for orders placed on Items bought in-store or via an official stockist should be returned to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a product which has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for their assistance with a return or exchange.

Upon receipt, we will make a determination, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Please do not destroy or throw away any product, even if you suspect it to be faulty, before you have spoken to us.

Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
